We're moving! After 2 years of hosting supper clubs from Gabriel's East London home, The Water House Project is teaming up for a 3 month residency at Bert & May, a stunning tile and kitchen design warehouse situated close to Broadway Market.
The Water House Project is a supper club and private dining experience and is the creation of chef Gabriel Waterhouse, formerly of 1 Michelin starred Galvin La Chapelle and three times Michelin stared chef Herbert Berger at Innholders Hall.
Gabriel uses local seasonal ingredients bringing fine dining to a more informal relaxed environment. One shared table, and a 7 course tasting menu with wine.
