Wow! We were stunned by the dishes served by Jean-Yves. His passion for cooking and in-depth knowledge the ingredients and their origin, makes his guidance throughout the evening a feast. Thank you so much for an unforgettable evening. All thirteen of us enjoyed your hospitality!
