Valentine's eve is the most romantic occasion of the year, and this year I'd like to celebrate love together with you. Love for food, love for cooking, love for hosting, love for people, and as you know me... love for animals too. Love for all living creatures.
Join me around the most Italian table of Tel Aviv for an evening where tradition and innovation meet in a six-course delightful dinner, accompanied by perfect wine and some of my most cherished memories of Italia.
Growing up in the Bel Paese has filled me with a sense of taste and beauty that will stay with me forever. Allow me to share some of this love, and some of those tastes with you.
All of the elements of the dinner are home-made: butter, cheeses, doughs and all the rest. That's because there is nothing as good as food "fatto in casa"...
Of course, everything is surprisingly vegan. No, you won't notice, unless you're told. It's a promise. And if you have already dined at my table, you know that it's true.

I can't say cooking was love at first sight... but it has become my biggest love in time.
Home-made crespelle filled with almond ricotta and sauteed spinach, in a creamy bechamelle sauce with a topping of marinated tomatoes.

As a child, I used to love the chestnuts sold in the streets of Milan. Let me bring you thorugh the alleys of winter memories.
