I'm a professional chef, originally from Sardinia, graduated at the prestigiuos Chef Academy in Terni. I love Italian traditional kitchen and also fusion cuisine where i get mixed up my roots with the rest of the world. I like to share with people my knowledge and passions, telling the depth of Italian cuisine and discovering the differences between other cultures. I love all the entire world of food, from taste to nutrition, from products to workers, that's why i've studied Food, Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University. So for ethical and tasteful choice I use only seasonal and local products, when possible from organic farms, fair-trade chain and Slow Food districts. I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many spices and herbs, international products and recipes reinterpreted with Italian style. My home is in typical Tuscan style and offers a cozy and familiar atmosphere where by modern culinary techniques we will exalt the traditional flavors!
