I'm a professional chef, originally from Sardinia, graduated at the Chef Academy. I work everyday in the kitchen and i never get tired or bored because i love food and i mix up my roots with the rest of the world. I like to share with people my knowledge and passion, telling the goodness of Italian cuisine and discovering the differences between the cultures. For ethical and tasteful choice I use only seasonal and local products, I prefer a quick cooking method that preserves the tastes, the colors and the nutrients, which involves the use of many spices and herbs.

Dinner with Matteo was great, great conversation, great food and great company. We did our first fresh handmade pasta, appetizers and tiramisu for desert! Me and my wife had a great time and was really good experience to learn a little bit more from locals about the Italian culture.

Matteo was a great host and teacher. He spoke great English and was able to give us great instruction on both cooking techniques and ingredients. We made a couple appetizers, Tagliatelle from scratch, Ragu Sauce, "Hunter's" Chicken, and tiramisu. He provided some good red wine to drink while cooking and eating. Matteo is friendly and makes good conversation as well.
