I retired not too long ago from working in airlines company. I always have loved to cook and host so when I talked about this project to my friends they all told me it was perfect for me! I truly believe that a meal can taste differently if we share it. I've traveled a lot during my life and I'm really curious. It's a pleasure for me to exchange and meet new people. I'm looking forward to meeting you all! Je suis retraitée et j'ai toujours aimé cuisiner et recevoir, alors quand j'ai parlé à mes amis de ce projet, toutes et tous ont vu cela comme une évidence. La cuisine n'a pas la même saveur si elle n'est pas partagée. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et je suis curieuse de tout: culture des autres, vieilles pierres, immensité des paysages, arts décoratifs.....

I had the pleasure of spending an evening with Florence and four of my friends in what turned out to be a very memorable experience. Florence is a delightful host and excellent chef, which provided the perfect ingredients for a great evening. During the course of the evening, we learned a little about Florence’s upbringing in Paris, her time in the US as au pair living in New York, her adventures traveling around the US at the age of 19 and then her interesting career working for Air France. All the while we were treated to an aperitif followed by four delicious and well presented courses in the style of a traditional French dinner. I have already booked another EatWith dinner with Florence when another friend of mine is in Paris next week and I will certainly recommend an evening with Florence to all of my friends.
